Here are some questions you may be able to answer through this practice: what does my body feel like and how does it relate to the time in the lunar cycle? what are ways I know it is time to move forward on something? what are ways I know it's time to let go of something? how can I be more in tune with my menstrual cycle? how does life move when the moon is waxing? what do things feel like when the moon is waning? what are things I can do to support myself during the different phases of the moon? how does paying attention to the moon phases connect me more to myself and life around me? The list goes on!
